Job Description 
Work with the different various team across India Technology Center for the issues that requires modification to the programs. Responsible for troubleshooting and providing spontaneous responses to the issues raised by the users by understanding the problem effectively
Available to work in various time slices to provide support to the users in timely manner

Interacts with other developers, contractors, management and system users

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Skills/Education/Experience:

Technical

  • 4 year degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge on computer basics and programming skills
  • Good understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, tablespaces etc.)
  • Debugging Skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is a plus
  • UNIX/Linux and shell scripting is a plus.
  • Good knowledge with Java is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a progression of learning new skills through experience and continuing education


Communications:
•        Effective writing skills.
•        Clear English speaking skills.

General:
•        Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
•        Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
•        Ability to function as an effective team member.
